2 tablespoons fresh parsley , finely chopped ( My addition , not hers ) ( optional )
1/2 medium onion , grated ( The key to great meatballs & I dislike onion )
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup flour , to coat ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.In a large bowl, combine ground chicken or ground turkey, grated onion, chopped parsley, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and salt.

4.Heat oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
5.Roll coated meatballs in flour, shaking off excess, and place them in the skillet.
6.Cook meatballs for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
7.Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
8.Serve with your favorite salad or vegetables.
