Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts ( with or without skin )
1/4 cup flour
1 lb mushroom , sliced
4 garlic cloves , chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoons fresh parsley , chopped

Instructions

1.In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, salt and pepper together.
2.Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture.
3.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
4.Add chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes per side or until they are browned and cooked through.
5.Remove chicken breasts from skillet and set aside.
6.Add sliced mushrooms and garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 3 minutes.
7.Add oregano and chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
8.Add lemon juice and white wine to skillet and bring to a boil.
9.Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the sauce is reduced and thickened.
10.Add the chicken breasts back to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Serve hot and garnish with parsley.
