Ingredients

2 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg ( lightly beaten )
1/4 cup crushed corn flakes

1/4 cup dry marsala wine
2 tablespoons sherry wine or 2 tablespoons cream sherry
2 tablespoons butter ( not margarine )

Instructions
