Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, egg, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, dried sage, dried parsley, sea salt, and black pepper.
3.Shape mixture into 1 inch meatballs.
4.Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
