1 lb chicken liver
1 medium onion , sliced
3 tablespoons sherry wine
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3/4 cup butter , softened
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1.Rinse the chicken liver in the 3 cups of water and drain.
