Ingredients

1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon cumin seed

500 g chicken breasts
1 tomatoes
1/2 onion
4 garlic cloves
1 piece ginger
4 red chilies
6 teaspoons oil
2 tablespoons chickpea flour
50 g curry leaves
Chicken Laguna is a popular Indian dish that originates from the region of Goa. It is a spicy and flavorful dish that can be prepared with simple spices and everyday ingredients. Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix together red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, cumin seed, salt, curry powder, and five-spice powder. Set aside.
2.Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Dice the tomatoes and onions and slice the garlic, ginger, and red chilies.
3.In a cooking pan, heat 4 teaspoons of oil and add the diced onion. Saute until brown. Add garlic, ginger, and sliced red chilies and stir for a minute.
4.Add the chicken pieces and saute until brown. After that, add the spice mixture and stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
5.Add diced tomatoes and 50g of curry leaves and stir well. Cook for 10 minutes until the chicken is tender. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of chickpea flour and stir thoroughly.
6.In another pan, heat 2 teaspoons of oil and add cumin seed, curry leaves, and 2 sliced red chilies. Cook for 30 seconds and then pour this mixture onto the chicken.
7.Your Chicken Laguna is now ready to serve. Enjoy with rice or bread!
