Ingredients

4 -5 refined flour rotis ( flatbreads )
250 g boneless chicken , cut into cubes
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon green chili paste
salt
2 medium onions , peeled , washed and sliced thinly
1 medium carrot , washed , scraped and cut into juliennes
2 green chilies , stems removed , washed and chopped finely
3 -5 sprigs fresh coriander leaves , cleaned , washed and finely chopped
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon chat masala
4 -6 tablespoons green chutney

Instructions

1.Mix ginger, garlic, green chili paste, salt, and cubed chicken and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
2.Heat oil on medium heat, add cumin powder and sliced onions, and cook until onions turn golden brown.
3.Add marinated chicken and cook for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
4.Add julienned carrots, chopped green chilies, chat masala, and chopped coriander leaves, mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5.Heat the rotis on a tawa or griddle and spread 1 tablespoon of green chutney on each.
6.Add chicken filling on top of the chutney and roll the roti tightly to form a Kathi Roll.
7.Serve hot with extra green chutney on the side.
