3 chicken breasts , about 1/4 pound in weight each , cut into 1/2-inch strips
2 onions , sliced
2 garlic cloves , minced
1/2 teaspoon adobo seasoning
1 can enchilada sauce
4 fat free tortillas
1/2 cup low-fat cheddar cheese , grated

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

4.Spread enchilada sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

7.Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
8.Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and sliced jalapenos if desired.
