Ingredients

1/2 cup green taco sauce
3 garlic cloves , minced
1/2 cup grape tomatoes
1/2 cup cilantro , loosely packed
1 can Pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust
1/2 medium onion
1 jalapeno pepper
1 1/2 cups Kraft Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
2 cups cooked chicken breasts , cubed ( I use boiled chicken breast , but could easily use a store bought rotisserie )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2.Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to fit a 12-inch pizza pan.
3.In a bowl, mix the taco sauce and minced garlic, spread it on the crust.
4.Top the sauce with grape tomatoes, cilantro, and onions.
5.Add cubed cooked chicken breast and jalapeno.
6.Cover the pizza with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
7.Place the pizza on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 14-16 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
8.Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
