3 cups hot water

1 small carrot

1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons preserved gingerroot , chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon of fresh mint , chopped
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
