Ingredients

300 g ground chicken
1/2 cup creamed corn
1 garlic clove , crushed
6 sheets puff pastry , thawed
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon chicken stock
4 shallots , chopped
2 egg yolks , lightly beaten

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2.In a pan, cook the ground chicken over medium heat until browned, then add the garlic and shallots and cook for a few more minutes.
3.Stir in the creamed corn and chicken stock, and cook for another 5 minutes.
4.Remove from the heat and let the mixture cool.
5.Cut the puff pastry sheets into 4 squares each.

7.Fold the pastry diagonally to make a triangle shape, and press the edges to seal them.
8.Place the triangles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
9.Brush the tops of the triangles with egg yolk.
10.Sprinkle sesame seeds over each pastry, and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
