If you're looking for a quick and easy dinner that has plenty of protein, these Chicken-Chile Quesadillas are an incredible option. Made with flour tortillas, Mexican blend cheese, chicken, and green chilies, they're a delicious combination of flavors. These quesadillas can be a bit spicy if you add enough green chilies, but the salsa helps to balance out the heat. You can add extra veggies like onions or bell peppers instead of green chilies if you prefer. They work perfectly for a family dinner or a potluck with friends.

3.Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are lightly browned.
4.Cut into wedges and serve with salsa.
