Ingredients

1/3 cup shortening or 1/3 cup oil
15 tortillas

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350F.

9.Add another layer of tortillas, and then the remaining chicken and tomato sauce mixture. Top with the Monterey Jack cheese and sour cream mixture.
10.Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
11.Serve hot and enjoy!
