2 tablespoons sugar
10 -12 fresh basil leaves

Instructions

1.Cut the chicken into chunks, dredge chicken chunks in flour and sauté in 2 tablespoons of butter until browned.

8.Add tomato puree, water, chili flakes, fennel seeds, sugar, and salt. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
9.Add the chicken and mushrooms back to the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
10.Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
