1 package cream cheese , softened
1 tablespoon white wine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups roteserrie chicken , shredded
1/4 cup toasted almond , chopped
3 green onions with tops , diced
16 pieces potato bread

Instructions

5.Cover with other slice of the bread and press gently to seal.
6.Trim off the bread crusts and slice into triangle or any desired shape.
