1 kg chicken ( Keema , finely minced )
1 teaspoon red chili powder ( Pisi Lal Mirch , crushed )
1/2 teaspoon black pepper ( Pisi Kaali Mirch , coarsely ground )
1 teaspoon coriander ( Dhania , coarsely ground and roasted )
1 teaspoon cumin seed ( Sufaid Zeera , roasted and finely ground )
4 green chilies ( Hari Mirch , finely chopped )
1 medium onion ( finely sliced )
4 tomatoes ( finely chopped )
1 bunch fresh mint leaves ( Podina , finely chopped )
1 bunch fresh coriander leaves ( Hara Dhania )
salt ( to taste )
4 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, mix together the finely minced chicken, crushed red chili powder, coarsely ground black pepper, coarsely ground and roasted coriander, finely ground roasted cumin seed, finely chopped green chilies, finely sliced onion, finely chopped tomatoes, finely chopped fresh mint leaves, fresh coriander leaves and salt, until well combined.
2.Divide the mixture into equal portions and flatten them into small discs by pressing down with your palms.
3.Heat the cooking oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
4.Fry the chicken kebab discs in the hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
5.Serve hot with your favorite sauce or chutney.
