1 1/2 cups water

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 garlic clove , minced
1 bay leaf
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves ( about 12 oz total )
2 cups cooked fettuccine or 2 cups linguine , hot
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese , shredded

Instructions

1.In a large pot, sauté onion and celery in water until soft.

3.Add in chicken breasts, making sure they are coated in the sauce. Cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
