1 1/2 tablespoons lee kum kee black bean paste
1 teaspoon lee kum kee chili garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons shaoxing wine
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon cornstarch
6 zucchini
1 yellow onion
1 green pepper
1 1/2 cups water

Instructions

1.Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

3.Slice the zucchini, onion, and green pepper into thin matchsticks.

5.Add another tablespoon of oil to the pan, and then add the zucchini, onion, and green pepper. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
6.Add the chicken back to the pan, along with the black bean sauce and remaining 1 1/4 cups of water. Stir everything together and let simmer for 3-5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
7.Serve hot over rice.
