1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
4 eggs , lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon sniopped fresh oregano
16 sheets frozen phyllo dough , thawed

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.Coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
3.In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
4.Add the ground chicken and onions, cooking until chicken is no longer pink.
5.Add the spinach, nutmeg, and crushed red pepper, stirring until well combined. Remove from heat.

11.Bake uncovered for 50-60 minutes, until phyllo is golden brown and filling is cooked through.
