1 bottle sauvignon blanc wine
1 can chicken broth
salt and pepper , to taste
1/4 cup coarsely chopped parsley ( to garnish )

Instructions

7.Season with salt and pepper, cover the pot and simmer for 25 minutes.
8.Remove the chicken and mushrooms from the pot and allow the sauce to thicken. Once the sauce has thickened, pour it over the chicken and mushrooms.
9.Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
