Ingredients

1 medium onion , finely chopped
65 g butter
75 g streaky bacon
1 chicken stock cube , dissolved in
250 ml boiling water
200 g spinach
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1 bay leaf
500 g minced chicken
salt and pepper
50 g flour , plus
1/2 tablespoon flour
1/2 lemon , juiced
600 ml milk
nutmeg
9 sheets no-boil lasagna pasta
2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
Chicken and Bacon Lasagna is a crowd-pleasing dinner that is perfect for a cozy night in. The juicy chicken and smoky bacon come together in a creamy and flavorful white sauce that is layered with no-boil lasagna noodles. The spinach adds a healthy touch to the dish, while the Parmesan cheese gives the lasagna its signature crispy and cheesy topping. Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F/190°C.
2.Start by chopping all your onions, garlic, and bacon into small pieces.
3.In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
4.Add in the chopped onion and bacon and sauté for 7-8 minutes until soft and crispy.
5.Add the minced chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until it is golden brown.
6.Stir in the dissolved stock, spinach, thyme, and bay leaf and simmer for 10 minutes.
7.In a separate pot, melt the remaining butter.
8.Add in the flour and cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
9.Slowly whisk in the milk and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
10.Add lemon juice and stir well.
11.Assemble the lasagna by greasing a 9x13-inch baking dish.
12.Spread 1/4 cup chicken mixture over the bottom of the dish. Place three lasagna noodles on top of chicken mixture.
13.Pour 1 cup of white sauce over noodles, spread 1/4 of the chicken mixture over the white sauce.
14.Repeat layering the noodles, white sauce, and chicken mixture 3 more times, ending with a layer of white sauce.
15.Sprinkle the top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
16.Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
17.Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
