Ingredients

2 packages active dry yeast

2 cups warm water

1 can crushed tomatoes in puree

3 packages frozen chopped spinach , thawed and well drained ( squeeze water out with your hands )
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
8 ounces fresh mushrooms , sliced ( optional )
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated romano cheese
2 cloves garlic , minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

9.Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown and crispy.
