Ingredients

3 -4 lbs beef or 3 -4 lbs pork beef short ribs
2 cups flour , mixture ( made with the salt , pepper , garlic powder and flour . )
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
5 garlic cloves , minced
2 large onions , diced
1 can tomato sauce
4 cups beef broth
3 tablespoons parsley
4 cups an entire bottle of chianti italian wine
4 cups egg noodles , cooked

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350F.

5.Add tomato sauce, beef broth, parsley, and an entire bottle of chianti to the pot and stir well.
6.Add the short ribs back into the pot and bring the mixture to a simmer.
7.Cover and place into the oven for 2-3 hours or until the meat is tender.
8.Serve over cooked egg noodles.
