Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan-forced). Grease a 20cm x 20cm cake tin and line with baking paper.
2.In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar and unsalted butter.

4.Add in the cocoa powder, self raising flour, shredded coconut, and crushed Weet-Bix. Mix until well combined.
5.Scoop the mixture into the prepared cake tin and use a spatula to evenly spread.
6.Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. The slice is done when the edges are firm and the center is slightly soft.
7.Let cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
8.While the slice is cooling, prepare the icing. In a bowl, mix together icing sugar, cocoa powder, and milk. Stir until smooth.
9.Once the slice has cooled, spread the icing evenly over the top of the slice.
