Instructions

1.Cut the boiled potatoes and chestnuts into small pieces
2.In a blender, puree the chestnuts and potatoes until smooth

4.If the dough is too sticky, add flour until it holds its shape.
5.Roll the dough into long ropes and cut it into small pieces
6.Add the pieces into boiling, salted water and cook until all gnocchi float on the surface
7.Strain and serve with your desired sauce or seasoning
