Ingredients

4 egg yolks
1 cup chestnut puree
1/3 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon brandy
4 egg whites
1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

4.Mix 1/3 of the egg white mixture into the chestnut mixture to lighten it. Fold the remaining egg white mixture into the chestnut mixture gently until just incorporated.
5.Pour the mixture into a souffle dish and bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
