3 tablespoons lime juice
3 -5 drops green food coloring ( optional )
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter ( melted )
1 tablespoon milk ( approximately )
about 1 cup maraschino cherry ( you need 1/2 for each single macaron )

Instructions

7.Allow the macarons to rest and form a skin for 20-30 minutes before baking.
8.Bake for 12-15 minutes until the macarons are smooth on top.
9.Allow to cool completely before filling.
