Cherry Clafoutis is a classic French dessert, originating from the Limousin region of France. It is traditionally made with black cherries and has a flan-like texture. While the pits of the cherries are supposed to be left in the dish, some people find it unpleasant to bite into them. This dessert is often served warm or at room temperature, dusted with powdered sugar. It is perfect for a dinner party or romantic meal, as it is easy to prepare but looks impressive. The texture of the dessert is a cross between a custard and a cake, making it both rich and light at the same time.

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
3.In a separate large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until combined.
