Instructions

1.Heat the cherry pie filling and grated orange rind in a saucepan over medium heat.

3.Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4.Fry each chimichanga until golden brown, flipping once.
5.Drain on a paper towel and sprinkle with slivered almonds and powdered sugar before serving.
