Ingredients

2 cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
2 containers light cream cheese spread
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar , divided
1 egg white
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling ( or your favorite flavor )
2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.Unroll the crescent rolls and separate each piece on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press the seams together.
3.In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1 cup of the powdered sugar, egg white, and vanilla with an electric mixer until well combined and creamy.
4.Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent rolls.
5.Spoon the cherry pie filling over the cream cheese.
6.Fold the corners of each crescent roll over the filling and press the edges together.
7.Brush the tops of the crescent rolls with milk and sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of powdered sugar on top.
8.Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
