4 -5 small zucchini
1 bunch green onion
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cans Rotel Tomatoes
garlic , crushed , As much as you like
3 boxes chicken broth
1 bunch cilantro
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 shake dried chipotle powder ( it 's hot , use your discretion )

Instructions

1.Heat the canola oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
2.Add the crushed garlic and stir until fragrant.

4.Add the Rotel tomatoes, corn, chicken broth, chipotle powder, and roasted chicken breast.
