Instructions

1.Place grated cucumber in a strainer over a bowl and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
2.Let sit for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3.Once done, squeeze as much water out of the cucumber as possible.
4.Combine the drained cucumber with Greek yogurt, garlic, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, dill, and mint. Mix well.
5.Add salt and black pepper to taste.
6.Serve immediately or chill for later use. Garnish with fresh dill and cayenne pepper before serving.
