Instructions

1.Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the anchovy fillet, capers, and garlic and cook for 1 minute.
2.Pour in the white wine and let it bubble for 1 minute, scraping the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon to release any browned bits.
3.Add the oregano, red pepper flakes, crushed tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to the pan. Stir well and bring to a boil.
4.Reduce the heat and let the sauce simmer for 10 to15 minutes.
5.Add the drained tuna and parsley to the pan. Stir until well combined.
