1 can full-fat coconut milk

1 red or yellow bell pepper , halved and thinly sliced
2 jalapeno peppers , seeded and thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 1/2 pounds sea bass fillets , cut into chunks
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

8.Simmer until the peppers are tender, about 10 minutes.

11.Remove from heat and stir in cilantro and lime juice.
