2 bananas , peeled and halved lengthwise and crosswise
2 fluid ounces rum
1 fluid ounce banana liqueur
2 pinches ground cinnamon
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Instructions

1.In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar together until sugar dissolves.

3.Remove skillet from heat and add rum and banana liqueur then return the skillet to the heat.
4.Let sauce cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
5.Place each banana half into a dessert dish then add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to each.
6.Spoon sauce over ice cream and banana, garnish with a sprig of mint and serve immediately.
