Instructions

1.Mince garlic and sprinkle with kosher salt, rub it with the side of a knife until it becomes a paste.

4.Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; add the garlic-anchovy-oil mixture, stir for 30 seconds.
5.Pour red wine vinegar and red pepper flakes, cover skillet and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
