3 tablespoons Burgundy wine ( optional )
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1 can stewed tomatoes , crushed

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, mix together parsley, green onion tops, celery salt, oregano, basil, black peppercorns, and paprika.
2.Add minced garlic and Burgundy wine (if using) to the bowl.
3.Whisk in the wine vinegar, followed by the crushed stewed tomatoes until the dressing is well combined.
4.Chill the dressing before serving.
