Ingredients

1/2 cup sour cream

2 -3 tablespoons prepared horseradish sauce ( I use Kraft horseradish sauce for this )
1 pinch garlic powder
salt and pepper
8 flour tortillas
24 slices deli roast beef ( cut into thin slices , not shaved )
16 slices cheddar cheese ( sliced thin )
2 1/2 cups shredded lettuce

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped green onion, horseradish sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2.Lay tortillas out and spread dressing on each one.
3.Layer 3 slices of roast beef and 2 slices of cheddar cheese on top of the dressing.
4.Add shredded lettuce on top of the roast beef and cheese.
5.Tightly roll tortillas up, covering the ingredients inside.
6.Cut each roll-up in half, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
