2 tablespoons German mustard or 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon caraway seed
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1 jar sauerkraut , drained
1 small green bell pepper ( stemmed/seeded/diced )
1/2 cup swiss cheese , shredded

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F

5.Cut cooked smoked sausage and layer on top of the sauerkraut.
6.Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the sausage.

8.Bake for 25-30 mins or until golden brown and bubbly.
