1 can diced tomatoes
1 jar spaghetti sauce
8 ounces uncooked small shell pasta
2 cups reduced-fat sour cream
11 slices reduced fat provolone cheese
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a large skillet, cook beef, onions, and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and onions are tender. Drain.
3.Stir in tomatoes and spaghetti sauce.
4.Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
5.Spread 1 cup meat sauce into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
6.Layer with half of the pasta, 1 cup meat sauce, 1 cup sour cream and half of the provolone cheese.
7.Repeat layers.
8.Top with remaining meat sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
9.Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
10.Uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until bubbly.
