Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 large onion , chopped
2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic ( or to taste )
1 large green bell pepper , chopped
1 -2 jalapeno pepper , seeded and finely chopped
1 -4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes ( optional or to taste )
1 lb kielbasa , thinly sliced
2 cans tomato soup
1 can diced tomatoes ( undrained )
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies , undrained
4 cans pinto beans ( undrained )
4 cans pork and beans , undrained
salt and pepper
Tabasco sauce ( optional )
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

1.For Stove Top:
2.In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
3.Add garlic, green bell pepper, jalapeno pepper and red pepper flakes. Cook for 3 minutes.
4.Add sliced kielbasa, tomato soup, diced tomatoes and diced tomatoes with green chilies. Stir well.
5.Add all cans of beans and stir well. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
6.Stir in 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese until melted and heated through.
7.For Crock Pot:
8.Brown ground beef and onions in a large skillet over medium heat until meat is no longer pink.
9.Add garlic, green bell pepper, jalapeno pepper and red pepper flakes. Cook for 3 minutes.
10.Add all ingredients to crock pot except cheese. Stir well.
11.Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or High for 3 to 4 hours.
12.Twenty minutes before serving, stir in 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese until melted and heated through.
