1 lb lean ground turkey

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375° F (190°C). Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2.In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook onion and turkey until the turkey is browned.
3.Add in salsa, salad dressing, taco seasoning, and cumin. Stir until combined.
4.Place three tortillas on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Spread 1/3 of the turkey mixture on top of the tortillas. Add another layer of three tortillas on top of the turkey mixture. Repeat layers, and finish with the turkey mixture.
5.Spread sour cream over the top of the turkey mixture. Sprinkle with 2 cups of cheese.
6.Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle with lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
