Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2.Sprinkle shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped scallions over each of 4 of the tortillas.
3.Top with the remaining tortillas, pressing down lightly.
4.Brush one side of each quesadilla with melted butter.
5.Place quesadillas on baking sheet, buttered side down.
6.Brush the top side of each quesadilla with melted butter.
7.Bake the quesadillas for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and slightly crispy.
