These Cheeseburger Quesadillas are a fun and flavorful twist on two classic dishes. Instructions

1.In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through.
2.Add the red onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the onion is softened.
3.Season the beef mixture with salt and stir in 1/2 cup of the shredded Cheddar cheese, the mozzarella cheese, and the milk. Set aside.
4.Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and add 1/2 tablespoon of butter. Place one flour tortilla in the skillet and spread 1 tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing over the top.

8.Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and cut into wedges. Serve hot with additional Thousand Island dressing for dipping.
