1/2 cup parmesan cheese , shredded
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon garlic , minced
2 tablespoons parsley , finely chopped
6 phyllo pastry sheets

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375F/190C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, tasty cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, and finely chopped parsley. Mix well.
3.Take one phyllo pastry sheet and spray it with cooking spray. Repeat with the rest of the sheets of pastry and place them one on top of the other.
4.Using a sharp knife or a pizza cutter, cut the pastry into 12 equal squares.
5.Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the cheese and spinach mixture onto each square.
6.Gently fold the pastry over the mixture and press the edges together to seal. Repeat with the rest of the squares.
7.Bake the cheese and spinach puffs for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
