Ingredients

3 cups cauliflower , cut into small florets

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 small shallots , finely diced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 package fresh cheese filled tortellini
2 tablespoons fresh chives , finely sliced ( for garnish )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425°F.
