2 cups self-raising flour
30 g butter
1 cup milk
salt and pepper , to taste
1 cup tasty cheese , grated
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon poppy seed

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.
3.Rub in butter with fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
4.Add milk, grated cheese, sesame seeds and poppy seeds into the mixing bowl.
5.Mix with a knife until everything is combined.
6.Lightly flour a bench and turn the scroll dough onto it.
7.Knead gently and form into a log, cut into 6 pieces.
8.Shape each piece into a scroll shape.
9.Place scrolls on the prepared baking tray and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
