Ingredients

6 ounces butter
6 ounces porridge oats
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese , grated
2 ounces self raising flour
2 tablespoons marmite

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 180°C/ 350°F/ Gas mark 4.
2.Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, stirring until fully combined.
3.Spread the mixture into a 20cm square baking tin and smooth the surface with a spatula.
4.Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
5.Leave to cool in the tin before slicing into squares.
