4 sub rolls

Instructions

1.In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is softened, about 8-10 minutes.
2.Add garlic and Worcestershire sauce; cook for additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3.Add beef broth, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes until liquid is mostly absorbed by the beef.
