6 ounces cucumbers , split , seeded , cut into slices

10 pieces dried black mushrooms , soaked in water for 30 minutes and drained
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
2 teaspoons rice wine
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/3 cup chicken stock

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix egg white, salt, pepper, and cornstarch.

4.In the same wok, stir-fry cucumber, ginger, garlic, and black wood fungus for 1-2 minutes.

6.Add fried shrimp and mix well.
7.Serve hot with steamed rice.
